Spanish police have arrested four suspected terrorists in the city of Pamplona and recovered 100 kilos of explosive plus ammunition and other weapons . They have also arrested a woman in the city of Valencia who is associated with them . The authorities say that the group were ready to attack and think that the focus was in Navarre.
