A judge in Orihuela on the Costa Blanca has ordered that the Independent councillor Mark Lewis should pay a local San Fulgencio woman 90 euros as compensation for slandering her .He must pay her six euros a day for 15 days .It appears that the councillor had called Maria del Carmen Rodriguez “drunk and crazy”after they had argued over the cutting down of a tree.The woman had even offered a urine sample to prove that she was not drunk or drugged.The Agrupacion Independiente Mediterraneo de San Fu
