A professor of English and Afro-American literature is in Moraira on the Costa Blanca to begin research for his biography of Chester Himes , who lived in the town for many years .His widow Leslie still lives in Benitachell.Harvard professor Laurence Jacksonarrived in Moraira last week . The professor is interested in Himes because of the problems which he faced as a black man in a literary world .He also wants to set certain records straight as many biographies already written are very sketchy
