The public prosecutor in Alicante is seeking a six year sentence for a drug dealer who has been at large since 1994 and was arrested in 2006 while driving his children and ex-wife and parents in a people carrier.The arrest took place in Pedreguer in September 2006 when Francisco JaveriMartinez San Millan ,known as El Franky was still on the run.
